Arch Capital Management, Inc. is an independent investment management firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded in 1999, the firm is registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and is a National Futures Association (NFA) Member.

The portfolio management team uses a quantitative approach to trade futures, stocks, ETFs, options and currencies. The team’s investment objective is to produce high and consistent risk-adjusted returns in any market environment using a broad, diversified portfolio of short-term individual quantitative trading models. Co-founder and Director Nicholas Gleckman has over 30 years of Wall Street experience spanning the areas of structured derivatives, quantitative finance and investment management at firms such as Morgan Stanley, Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank), SBC Warburg (now UBS Investment Bank), Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (now Credit Suisse) and Tudor Investment Corp. His roles have ranged from trading, analytical research and portfolio management to Managing Director and head of sales in New York, California and Tokyo, in addition to his current responsibilities at Arch Capital.

The firm is now closed to new investments. Current and former clients include some of the world's leading hedge funds and high-net worth individuals, as well as the principal's personal and family capital.
Arch Capital has also established an internship program open to qualified university students from around the world as well as a mentorship program.
